It is TIME to DownSize DC! Gut, field dress and put it on ice....Eliminate entire departments. Beginning with the U.S. Department of Education including it's SWAT Team. DOE, EPA, OSHA, HS, TSA....need I go on? Close up shop and move any worthwhile functions back to the States. IT IS TIME!

Good Point! There is NOT much that cannot ,be handled from the state level.
