I've said that she wouldn't use this event to make her announcement. Maybe that's why the change of plans (if this rumor holds true).

I knew this was going to happen. Here’s why:

Yesterday it was posted that Christine O’Donnell asked and was permitted to speak at this event. Immediately the MSM tried to lash these two together. I am certain that any good Palin consultant would advise Sarah to ask that O’Donnell be uninvited — or back out of the event altogether.

Right or wrong, no way Palin wants to be billed at a major national event on the same stage as with O’Donnell. I agree with Palin and knew this was coming. It’s a no-brainer.

Palin is not happy that ODonnell has crashed the party. She has a hard enough time with lib media, the last thing she needs is to be associated with this fruitcake.

Palin supporters are going to start jumping off the roof soon, when they finally realize she isn't going to run.

Facebook that you’re not running and be done with it Sarah. If it truly takes this much time to make a decision, then she doesn’t want it bad enough. There is no advantage in waiting this long. She is way behind in fundraising and can’t expect any heavy-hitting bundlers to come to her rescue. More importantly, she’s way behind in the court of public opinion. You can’t cite polls showing 0bama’s popularity dropping and then say that those same polsters slant their polls against SP. Finally, the longer she waits, the more of her supporters will start to invest financially and emotionally in other candidates.

And I say this as someone who is still proud that I waited for hours to see her in Carson, CA in 2008 and will always be an admirer of hers.

I hope she realizes how many people are traveling very far (and have already made arrangements) only because of her appearance. I really hope this isn’t true, or if it is that there is a VERY good reason for it. (and I’m a huge Palin fan who wants to vote for her for POTUS)
