The hit parade is much larger than this list. The two stars in the hit parade are the lead testing regulations (causing businesses to discard hundreds of millions of existing inventory almost all of which posed no health risks) and the Lily Ledbetter law, effectively eliminating the statute of limitations on certain employment discrimination lawsuits. The LL law is so bad that legal firms advise companies to adopt lock step compensation policies (government and union policies).
The Frank Dodd monster is slowly rearing its ugly mug. This law effectively puts a government agency in charge of the financial services industry. Say goodbye to innovation in this once vibrant industry. Through an initiative by Congressional race baiters, Dodd-Frank law imposed racial quotas on the financial services industry. Dodd-Frank requires the industry to create new offices for racial preference monitoring. The industry will be forced to adopt racial preferences to avoid the wrath of Dodd-Frank.
