Good. I hope they do. It is obvious from the video that this wasn’t over some sort of dispute. This man seems to be enjoying picking on people... even pulling on the woman’s arm. Not a good representation of what an American is... in my opinion.
Yes, well, we let them get away with it and now they are so used to it that they aren’t restraining themselves in foreign countries anymore.
If you aren’t a member of the military you are subject to Korean law. Even military members are subject to Korean law first but its customary for the Koreans to turn them over to the US authorities.
