I am fully expecting that Obama will announce to the world that “We are not alone” sometime soon as his numbers drop. The greenhouse gas thing, IMO, was part of that.
Whether we are or not, I’m sure if Zero thinks he can manipulate this or any other subject to save his sorry arse, he will.

I don't anticipate an overt announcement. Rather, a carefully leaked Air Force One landing at Area 51, accompanied by the breathles speculation of the state-run media. "We're so fortunate to have this leader at this time..."
I might even sign up for cable TV again just to see Chris Matthews banging the drum.
