35% of the people who agree with the TEA Party does not make them TEA Party. Right now, even a fair number of Liberals would say they agree due to how Obama is performing.

Who do you think is in the tea party? They’re are fiscal democrats and a lot if independents and moderates.The tea party isn’t just what you are or want them to be.

Palin and Bachmann are not the only two people involved with the Tea Parties. Perry was involved almost from the start. Without overstating it had he not become involved with them when he did his last re-election campaign might not have gone as well. Being an early supporter gave him protection from Medina until her Truther allegiance was revealed.

I know certain factions want to believe their favorites are “owed” the support of these groups but it doesn’t work that way when you have more then one in the race who was onboard from near the start. At least four running this year were. Aside from the 3 I mentioned I know Cain was.
