Well, I guess Maureen Dowd knows which side her bread is buttered on, huh? Fancy that. Yes, this application of Frost is totally bogus, but still, this is further than most had expected to see her go.
But I've been saying for several years now, Maureen Dowd isn't a "liberal" any more than she is a "conservative" (and believe it or not, there are actually lefties who have accused her of being a conservative!)--or anything else. I remember someone said that even "nihilist" would be too flattering, implying as it does a commitment to some philosophical principle. She just picks whichever side she can write the flightier column for. She's a carefully crafted East Coast version of a Valley Girl, whose choice of topics is supposed to flatter East Coast nihilists into thinking themselves culturally superior to West Coast nihilists.

If I was Liberal I wouldn't take my own side in an argument either.

Is Obama so isolated he cant see that Americans are curled up in a ball, beaten down by a financial crisis, an identity crisis, a political crisis and a leadership crisis? Not at all. He's not veered off-course, he's right on schedule in implementing his "transformational CHANGE", aka Cloward and Piven.

Is Obama so isolated he cant see that Americans are curled up in a ball, beaten down by a financial crisis, an identity crisis, a political crisis and a leadership crisis?Curled up in a ball? Like a baby? Maureen views people the same way Bamboozle does. In fact, ALL Liberals view people as helpless little children who are incapable of wiping their own butts without some sort of government assistance.
That may be true of DemocRAT voters but not the rest of us.
I ain't curled up in a ball. I'm chomping at the bit to vote in the next election. In the meantime, if I have to wash dishes to get by, I will.

Bent over the open fire,
Her face rose-red with the glowing coal
And the thought of the heart's desire".

She would make more sense if she just beat her head on the keyboard for 5-10 minutes. Her only real talent is being man-repellent.

She and other radical feminists like her should be called abortioners, because being pro-abortion is usually the only issue they care about. And sticking it to men.

The Kenyan lizard king wanted to be president for the big plane and endless expense account, not to lead America anywhere. The lizard’s entire agenda has been outsourced to Pelosi-Reid with the lizard as salesman. And not a good salesman at that.
