Sept. 30 is the deadline for thousands of American businesses -- including power plants, petroleum refineries, landfills and large engine manufacturers -- to report their greenhouse gas emissions to the U.S. government for the first time.
The EPA on Monday announced a new tool that will allow 7,000 companies in all sectors of the U.S. economy to submit their greenhouse gas pollution data electronically.
Electronic submission of the data is supposed to make the process easier. But the reporting process is complex and cumbersome.
For starters, the EPA's Frequently-Asked Questions Web page includes 21 sections that cover 390 FAQs.

Here's want I want to see:
40 years in jail for bureaucrats who make rules, and 80 for legislators who authorize them to.

By using the phrase greenhouse gas pollution, “CNS News” has swallowed and retransmitted the leftist premise (a) that CO2 is a “greenhouse gas” and more importantly (b) that CO2 is “pollution”.

Back-breaking new regulations - cripplers when times are good, an absolute death penalty for many small-to-medium sized businesses now. Any Republican candidate for Congress or the White House who does not make a forceful, convincing argument to voters now against this bureaucratic over-reach and commit to immediately rolling back this nonsense once in office should not get anything from voters but contempt.

I doubt that she “swallowed” the premise, but you can always email her, and tell her your concerns.

I agree.
No more RINOs! We had too many RINOs last time around, and thanks to the Tea Party, we got rid of a number of them. Let’s make sure we don’t elect ANY MORE RINOs. The Republicans had control, under Bush, but there weren’t enough conservative Republicans to stop this mess.

One good idea that Mao had was re-education camps. I think some years of actual labor would do these people a lot of good.

If you need 390 FAQs to help out, then you’re not talking a few regulations - you’re talking a complete restructuring of an entire industry.

So, what would happen if all 7000 entities said:
FUBO-EPA???
Who would they sue?? Who would they target? Who would they embarrass? Who would they blame??

Great pix!
My husband felt like that, just yesterday, when he had to fill out a govt. form, plus it was so unclear that he had to call the gubermint (another nightmare).
