I’ve been through three in Texas-still remember Ike too well. Know people in upstate New York who are excited because they’ve never been through one. Emailed them a list of things to make sure they have including cash. They were shocked to think their ATM machine won’t work if power is off. What’s really scary is to hear on the news about the government “throwing all their resources” at this. These people are really in trouble. Can hardly wait for the Red Cross to start the drum beat for money.
