Until they get him to ‘offificially’ turn over his ‘position’, he legally is in control of the gold. That is why you saw so many articles yesterday about them ‘removing Ghaddafi from power’.
Why did the rebels, after they first chased Ghaddafi out of town, create a NEW BANK, instead of a NEW GOVERNMENT
