Only Congress has the power to remove a president. Not the courts.

Congress delegated the responsibility to try a usurper to the District Court, Washington, D.C., via Quo warranto. In that case the accused public officer would have to prove his/her eligibility for the office held.

The corruption exhibited by our Judicial system in the Democratic Party political machines’s efforts to block any attempts at dealing with this issue over the past three years has been shocking.

The socialists in the Democratic Party effected a coup d’etat in 2008. Obama is a puppet; but who is pulling his strings? Why the Republicans seemingly went along with it is puzzling, and not just to me.
