A 26-year-old East Boston man and his lover stand accused of hatching a heartless scheme to kill the mans wife, wound him and claim the shocking shooting was racially-charged a horrific murder-for-hire plot that calls to mind the notorious Charles Stuart case.
Kashif Parvaiz and his Billerica girlfriend, Antionette Stephen, 26, allegedly left a deadly trail of text messages outlining how the cold-blooded killing would play out and give Parvaiz freedom from the marriage, according to an arrest affidavit.
Both were charged yesterday with the murder of Parvaizs wife, Nazish Noorani, 27, a Pakistani native and mother of their two sons, ages 5 and 3.
Noorani, a Muslim, was buried yesterday in Boonton, N.J., where her family lives and where she was shot to death in front of her 3-year-old son following that days Ramadan fast on Tuesday night.
Parvaiz appeared to be living a double life in Boston, where he claimed to be a Harvard student. He squired at least two girlfriends, drove a motorcycle and lived with Stephen in a rented condo on the top floor of a three-story East Boston dwelling.
Six months ago, Parvaiz was accused of assaulting his 20-year-old Brooklyn girlfriend inside the apartment, court filings show. The case was dismissed.
A neighbor said Noorani visited her husband with the children on weekends.
Parvaiz and Noorani were in New Jersey visiting relatives during Ramadan when Noorani was gunned down as they pushed their son in a stroller. Parvaiz was shot and hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Parvaiz initially told police they were attacked by a black man, a white man and a third man whom he said shouted slurs about terrorists.

Its all because us folks in Jooisey are all racist rednecks
The wife is conveniently murdered while the child is untouched and the husband is barely injured?
That is automatically a red flag - and the husband's entire life is a lie, with arrests for assaulting a mistress on his record.
How could he possibly have thought that he had a snowball's chance in hell of getting away with this?
