SALINAS, Calif- Police arrested a teenager after they say that a gun fell out of his waistband.
Officers saw Christopher Martinez, Edwin Diaz and another suspect walk out of the Express Mart, 836 North Main and continue across Bernal toward the new pool. When the officers tried to talk to the suspects all three ran, said police.
Martinez tripped and fell in the middle of Bernal Street. Police say that a loaded gun fell out of his pants. Martinez was tased by the officers and arrested.
Police found Diaz in someone's backyard on the 100 block of Deer Street. He was arrested for trespassing and released with a citation.

Who kept the gun IN the pants (well, pretty close).
That’s why I wear a “in-the-pants” holster, to avoid those em-bare-assed moments.

What were they suspected of doing? Seems like the reporter was interested in making the story as short as possible.

Once, I guess. It just seems to me there’s a lot of tazin’ and dog shootin’ goin’ on out deah.
