Like I just posted on the other thread,
He is trying to force violence and/or a white riot. There is no other explanation. He has no intention of being reelected. He wants rioting, marshal law and the power it would give him to set aside this ‘messy democracy’.
Someone better dust off the 25th Amendment and prepare to use it quick.
