I know I’m a real Texan when my comment to your post is:
It is a BIGTIME selling point in Texas!
Of course my response is glib, but part of the beauty of Texas is anyone can appreciate Kinky. Besides the music, he is an author of some repute.
I haven’t read any of his books (shame on me), but I think they are detective novels.
