That’s a pretty foolish thing to say about the Bush’s. Both their hearts are in Texas but certainly George and Laura’s hearts are here. They built a ranch here, they live in Dallas and the elder Bushes live in Houston.
Please get a clue.
You are the one who needs to get a clue. W is really a nice guy, but he never really fit in with the Beltway insiders. Just because Bush Pere lives in Houston does not detract from his position as a consummate Beltway insider. Unfortunately, Bush Pere had too much influence in W’s administration and that is what prevented him from properly using his veto pen on the profligate porkbarrel spending bills emanating from both the Republican controlled Congresses and the Reid-Pelosi Democrat controlled Congress.
