You stated, among other things among your so called prayers, “When you lay in bed, dying (almost), and the pain is horrible.” This type of praying is, in fact, a curse. It is evil and wicked.
I am not returning your curses or your vitriol. I am trying to understand why you would behave this way when you asked me a question that I honestly tried to answer in a way that would help you. I qualified it that I was NOT a doctor to which you responded, “In other words, you haven’t a clue what you are blathering about. I spurn and reject you as false.”
Perhaps I was wrong but why the cursing me to laying in bed painfully dying? That is just sick.
Others saw your over-the-top reaction and I tried to help them understand you that it was not personal to me. That is what you call “collation”. You take things in the worst possible way. Why is that?
I did not call him an addict. Read more closely. I am trying to understand why he is so hateful. I tried to help him by responding to a question he asked in a meaningful way. Read the posts more closely before you accuse me of accusing.
If you read my post that began JRandomFreeper started reacting to I said, “ Painkillers over time create a hyper-sensitivity to perceived pain. They are not the long term pain management solution.” The hypersensitivity accompanied with growing tolerance creates a a destructive pathway for long term use. I later discussed an opioid solution many pain management docs use, to which he really got off the wall. I prefaced all this by saying there are no good solutions to chronic pain. I understand it is really a tough situation.
My doctors prescribed oxycontin after a particularly difficult triple bypass in 2008. After taking just one of them, I felt so terrible, I tossed the lot of them down the commode. I just toughed it out for a couple of days and then I was fine. I’m sure there were a lot of peeps here in S/FLA that would’ve paid top dollar for them.
Prescription opioid will only continue to increase as access to curative treatment decreases with 0bamacare and the unfotunate intended consequences.

I personally know a thing or two about pain, acute and chronic.
Slip, fall, splat. 17 units of blood and a couple of days of surgery with my guts open to the world.... And there you are.
Cope with it.
When at night I cry in pain... Angels 14, watch do keep. It can't last forever. I'll go away eventually.

and prayers, for all of us who have pain as a normal, everyday part of our lives.
Silence about it, is really the only dignity we have. But it is slightly annoying when arrogant people who have nothing but a theoretical understanding of the problem(s) of pain try to tell us all about it.
We cannot wish they truly understood, that would be a cruel sin; personally I just want them to shut up and stay that way.
But it does hurt. Every day, all day long.
I can pray that they would do what the master suggested, and walk a mile in my shoes.
That was His prayer. I can stand that.
