Immigrant group sues ICE agents

An immigrant advocacy group filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit this week alleging that Immigration Customs Enforcement officers violated the constitutional rights of two county families during a 2008 raid in Annapolis.The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Baltimore by CASA de Maryland on behalf of married couple Pablo Alvarado and Ingrid Munoz and sisters Elizabeth Gallegos-Torres and Natalia Pelaez-Torres, all of Annapolis.

Here is my question Alvarado, 37, refused to go outside, but finally stood aside and allowed the agents into the couple's home ,next he says The agents searched the home without the couple's consent and demanded they sit on the couch, refusing to let them get dressed.

Duh once they are allowed to go inside with your concent , after that they can look around all that want, wasn't this the entire intention of why they would want to go inside ? people please--Munoz and Alvarado said they suffered emotional distress, including depression and anxiety, due to the raid. The lawsuit says Alvarado suffered loss of appetite, chest pains and an upset stomach. He is sometimes unable to perform routine tasks and cries for the slightest reason-his wife experiences insomnia, stress headaches, anxiety attacks and chest pains...What is strange is both indicate chest pains but I did not see like anybody who suffers chest pain rushed to the ER-to get EKG's ,etc,etc, . I really am suppose to believe he sits around every day and cries all day , please people, give me a break.He has no appetite, give me another break. Sounds to me like 99% of this is made up.

Obviously. Allowing government law enforcement into your home = giving consent for them to search the premises.
