There is a 10 point spread between approve and disapprove among adults. It will be worse among likely voters.

Another way to look at it is that there was a post on FR a few weeks ago that said that 48% of the country are government employees or receiving government money. So this means that 16% of people who receive government money want Obama gone, even though his departure will probably hurt them in the short run. He can't even buy sufficient support any more. It is like when the people in the old western look at the villain and say "Your money's no good in these parts any more".

That’s what weird. Rasmussen, who polls likely voters, has Obama with higher approval.

Military falls under “government employees” and they by and large do NOT support Obama, same for a few other enclaves as a whole. But even the IRS has a few conservatives walking its halls.

Not all gov employees are blind Obama supporters, a majority for sure, but not all by any means.
