Huge rally the last week. Europe sovereign debt is in trouble and our economy is in trouble. So, people are fleeing those assets and running to US Treasuries. Today's stock slam was as much about the economy nosediving as it was about one rating agency slightly downgrading our debt. Also Obama's words spooked investors (again).

I sold off the last of my treasuries in the spring, expecting the bond market to collapse once QEII had run its course. Boy, was I wrong about that one....Still, I slept better at night.
No, these are Canadian funds that buy physical metal for each share purchased the shares are backed by 99% physical assest, this is CME paper.
