STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (WJBK) - Drug Enforcement Agency Officers bust into a home in Sterling Heights, armed with a search warrant. The only problem? The guy they were looking for doesn't live there. Fox 2 talked to the man who opened the door, and was stunned by what happened next.

When will Law Enforcement personnel start to figure out they are starting to lose the confidence of the American people...

Does body armor shield the wearer from 220VAC?

Just wondering.

It sounds like the headline is inaccurate. From reading this it sounds like it was the “right” house (the one on the warrant), but the person they wanted didn't live there, but it's not real clear. Poor writing, typical of today's “journalists”.

He thought that they were terrorists....and he was right!

The "War on Drugs" is a thinly veiled "War on Liberty" for you cannot wage war within a nations borders and have a free people.

Ramsey Tossa is a lucky man. Usually in situations like this, the Feds do not leave any witnesses to talk.
Actually a drug raid in Michigan does make sense since it is pretty far from the Mexican border, where the DEA seems to be running drugs and probably is a good diversion.

The problem with these wrong address raids is very simple. The cops go on only the address information in their own investigative files. They'd need an administrative search warrant to check out the validity of an address on WHITEPAGES.COM or even check for a Change of Address form on file with USPS.

Leftwingtard activist judges are responsible for this situation.

Until we get rid of the Leftwingtards in this country you will continue to have this problem.

When will Law Enforcement personnel start to figure out they are starting to lose the confidence of the American people...

They do not care.

All levels of government are in the process of replacing the remaining decent law enforcement people with semi-educated thugs who have low opinions of themselves. They bully and intimidate people to make up for their lack of self worth.

These thugs are just smart enough to understand they are getting paid large amounts of money to intimidate citizens and that they would not be able to get a job flipping burgers if not wearing SWAT gear and pretending to be soldiers. They will do anything their masters tell them to do, including murder, to keep their overpaid salaries and inflated egos.

Just suppose he had been clening his gun when they broke in.

He would be dead.

2AM, they try to catch you while you are half asleep.

Cops love the adrenalin rush.

Did you ever see a car chase where every cop in the tri-state area didnt want to get in on the chase.?

Call for a cop here for a demestic dispute and 45 minutes later two or three cops show up. Call for an auto accident and 7 police cars show up on the scene in minutes, red lights and siren all the way.

The reporters says DEA is taking the complaint from the victim seriously, but there was reason to search the house.

Yeah! That inspires confidence! This won’t happen again. Our government police organizations at all levels, are not getting off on terrorizing the American public. Americans have to be molested, abused, invaded and terrorized to be safe.

Again.

Lucky that they didn’t kill anyone this time.

Do these Keystone Kops ever get the RIGHT place?
