I thought the same thing..especially since Team 6 got Osama....remember the suicide bombing of the CIA camp? There were 7 Afghan commandos on the chopper.

Crash investigators should be able to determine if the explosion originated INSIDE the chopper..

They had a local interpreter with them. That alone could be sufficient to either smuggle an explosive onboard, or to reveal the details of the flight so that Taliban fighters with RPGs can be positioned at mountain passes.

This is the classical "prisoner vs. guards" problem: the guards have to be watching the prisoner all the time and defeat every single attempt at escape, but the prisoner is always on alert for guards, and he only needs to get lucky once.
