We extend UB for 1 year.
We reduce the corporate tax rate to 15%.
We exempt overseas profits to the 15%.
We eliminate capital gains taxes completely.
DONE FREAKING DEAL !!

Speaking of equilibrium, as an old sailor, I learned very quickly if I had a leak in the bottom of my boat, I could very quickly bail water INTO the boat in an attempt to equalize it to the water outside my boat, then bail more water into my boat to push it out the bottom, back into the gulf. Problem was I just couldn’t bail fast enough!!!
We've been doing that and its had no discernible effect on job creation - we've been shedding jobs for 3 years.

Well now, how do you plan to do that Merlin, since it takes an expanding economy, housing/commercial demand, and cash or credit...that is unless you plan on them being union workers for government construction jobs. Stimulus 3; another bankrupt idea.
