Obama campaign using Brooks & Dunn’s “Only in America” as a campaign song. GWBush used it extensively in ‘04 reelection campaign.
I don't know the politics of Brooks & Dunn, but usually permission has to be obtained for music rights. Remember Heart telling the McTroll/Palin campaign that they couldn't use "Barracuda"? I hope Brooks & Dunn sends a legal notice to cease and desist (and that their taxes are all paid up and accurate).
