There's a problem right there. Personally, I do not like anybody who (in Todd's case, clearly) sides with those who wish to destroy traditional America and its families. Stop trying to "get along", Jonah. If somebody is a leftist scumbag, they are a leftist scumbag and there is nothing to "like". Nothing.
If someone is a leftist scumbag, they intend to have you killed by the government if you disagree or resist. That’s a fact.

But just remember that the very definition of liberalism allows for the ability to 1)lie 2)be hypocritical 3)posture about “righteousness” without regards to #1 and #2.
Thats becuase pure and simply, for liberals, the ends justify the means. Everytime, all the time.
Conservatives define a good fight, they define a fair fight. They adhere to basic rules of truth and logic.
In this respect, I just don’t let my emotions get the better of me when I hear the VP and a congressman describing the tea party as terrorists.
Because they are who they are. They are lying, deceitful, hypocritical people who will never change.
THE LSM are the same people, so they will always support this behavior and will never call it out.
The only thing we can do is:
1) dont allow yourself to fall to these tactics or get to discouraged when you see it.
2) continue to communicate with conservatives
3) support those who are able to communicate conservatism to the public like Rush and Sean and Mark etc.
4) work within the system the best you can in the school systems, the elections, politics, media etc.
It aint over till its over.
Remember the elections of 2010 for some moral encouragement. Those were historic.
I still think conservatism is winning and rebounding.
Better sooner than later.
I truly believe in American exceptionalism, and knew that the time would come when the left would have to show itself for what it is. I hear the sound of an approaching tidal wave- I think the demonRATs hear it, too. It is the only explanation for the hysterics and hyperbole coming from that dim side.
All the people ever need in this country is the right information and they will do the right thing. They are getting that info and they are seeing the true face of leftism. That is all it will take.
We need a Constitutional amendment. And not just any “balanced budget” amendment, but one which limits spending in any year to the previous year’s revenue. On pain of disqualifying all members of Congress, and the administration, from standing for reelection.

Off subject, but I watched The American President last night. I saw it in 1995, when it came out.
So, it is set 16 years ago and the premise is that we *must* do something about Global Warming immediately, or we will all die.
The entire movie is blatant liberal bias...disguised as entertainment.
What always cracks me up is that you could give the liberals every single thing they want and even they would absolutely HATE what they’d end up with. That’s how ignorant and dumb they are.
We on the right are the only thing protecting them from their own terrible ideas. And we get accused of the most heinous things because of it.
Very, very frustrating.
Talking about debt, both public and private. All illusion - no money to pay to even put fuel in military aircraft. All borrowed money.
He sort of let his guard down and sounded like a real human for a change. No bluster. Just a hint of resignation. I also think he feels that Boehner used him.

Amen. The left is REALLY in a hissy fit mood today. I got into it twice with co-workers, each of whom is a Hussein cultist, because I do not think the GG fiasco was genuine. I was blasted, told I was partisan, and shouted down.
Another called me a bully for expressing an alternative POV without apology.
My response was to tell them they were hurting my feelings. :-D
