I haven't even heard about this downgrade in all the investment related internet news podcasts I listen too everyday. You would think some of them would have mentioned it, or in some of their blogs.
Yeh, I think they are trying to suppress it. I was half listening to a roundtable, where they talked about the ratings agencies potential downgrade.
Some guy said well hasn't that already happened, and the host said oh that was some small agency as if it was of no relevance or importance. Then they went to break. From then on it was crickets.
So I did a search USA downgrade from AAA to AA, and there it was.
