There’s definitely a scanning inconsistency which could be argued as an OCR issue that failed to detect certain characters resulting in secondary rasterization. But look beyond that and observe how the leftmost 1 digits have a hooking downward serif that is not evident in the rightmost 1 digit. The baselines for the 1 digits are neither parallel which is unlikely if it were the mechanical stamping device suggested elsewhere. You’d expect the same pitch assuming the stamp wheels were all similarly molded.
I’m happy to hear why the serial number should be considered normal, but on it’s face, it looks strange.
I have no idea where Obambie was hatched. It may very well have been in Hawaii.
There is, however, something very embarrassing or disqualifying in the birth story.

McCain was taken through an eligibility test in congress in 2008 for FAR LESS suspicion, and he actually produced his long form birth certificate! And his records!

Just as in the end of the Roman empire we have a republic
that is a fasade, a shell. It no longer functions as originally intended. They don’t want the people to know!
Our current leader is a plant! Gladiators and circuses for the masses. The shadow government controls our every move.
Government corruption is systemic. However, there is real difficulties in determining all the roots of the corruption. Just consider all the organizations which are/could be involved i.e. Trilateral Commission, Council of Foreign Relations, Bilderbergers, World Bank, international bankers including such people as Soros, and numerous secret groups which have members of the USA movers and shakers. The ordinary/average USA citizen has not the time or the means to offset these influences. I believe that all long time members of Congress are caught up in this web of Constitutional corruption. That is why we don’t see/hear any Patrick Henry like expressions or stands from people like Boehner.
