Hi don-o,
I realize my notions are somewhat archaic, but I’d love to see the guv raise a little cash by selling via another homestead act, of some sort. Excluding sales to corporations wishing to buy the country (or most of it), of course. I find no good reason for the government to justify owning so much land.

I’d go for that, but most of that land probably isn’t worth much, really. Mostly desert.

I think SOME could be sold to companies, but only up to a certain number of acres per organization total. Preference given to institutions and individuals that are US based and wish to use the land for anything that would create jobs.

What do you think the criminal traitors in Washington are using for collateral to induce the ChiComs to loan trillions of dollars to us?

Hear hear!

Use every penny to pay OFF the debt.

Sell? How about return it to the State from which it was, most likely, STOLEN. Then let the States figure what to do with it. The IFG (Imperial Federal Govt.) does not need any more $$, they need to stop spending, get out of our pockets and shrink down to its rightful size.

Collateral for all the gubmint borrowing. It is becoming clear that that is why we are being shut out of "federal" actually "public," lands. Land with timber on it or mineral under it is far more valuable than bare, mined out land.
