Really? We’ve been at this for 10 years or so and counting and we are still in the sandbox fighting people. So much for being able to “eliminate every other military...in less than 36 hours.”
Doesn't this activity fall within Hillary's job description???
Unfortunately I do not think that is the case anymore. I am a Navy O-5 who has had millions of dollars spent on my training (jet pilot). I barely made O-5 (only because the marines wrote a letter to the board after my tour with them in Fallujah) but I am a vet of both gulf wars and can fly anything with wings (you will soon see me flying you around your friendly airline). If I was a black, female, lesbian I would be putting on my third star right now....get my point? The people with true martial skills are no longer promoted. A war with a country like China will expose our PC military. The few “Old Dogs” like myself will probably save our asses, but there will be a lot of young people killed by ridiculously incompetent leaders.
I completely understand your situation. The military was PC 25 years ago when I was in and I am sure it only got worse and worse. When I started out we graduated 4 people every 6 weeks from our school. Had a 75% wash out rate in the first year of training and 50% additional thereafter. The end result was a cadre of troops that could do things very few people ever thought was possible and even earned multiple Presidential Unit Citations. PC crap crept in and the school graduated everyone just so no one busted out and made the school look “bad”. The end result was that the few units no longer exist and the career field was deactivated. It simply wasn’t capable of existing within the military any longer as was intended.
