A lot of the ‘Employed” people I know are ‘Yes Men’, ‘Yes Women’ and butt kissers who make no waves often just shuffling through their daily routine. I suspect this is one of the reasons ‘employed’ people are good risk for hire... they will never challenge their new boss.
I have to agree with you on this. I know in my own experiences on the job, I get myself into trouble alot because I question and challenge things. I havent been and never will be a “Yes” person. I work with plenty of those mindless “Yes” zombies and they drive me nuts.
