The Kobe Bryant case is the clear precedent. I am not sure how Kobe did it. Somehow, the charges were dropped and the victim received a large payday.

Even a “foreign born scammer” (your words, not Newsweek’s or mine). can be raped. The US Constitution offers protection against sexual violence to all on American soil, regardless of status.
This case is about one thing- a reported rape of a hotel employee by a hotel client. Their respective status or lack thereof is irrelevant.
