Yikes, where in Michigan? I worked around a rough neighborhood in Detroit along Joy road and I would go around to the surrounding food joints and never saw any displayed tats. Looked for them too. I’m sure I was in and around gang members from time to time, but they weren’t advertising.
I’ve run into them in Jackson these days and not necessarily in bad neighborhoods unless you call places like the Tractor Supply store a bad neighborhood.
The kid seemed friendly enough when I spoke with him in the aisle of the store. I noticed the tattoo when I was standing behind him at the check out.
