Boehner needs to let the House pass the payment prioritization bill stating that interest and principal on the debt, social security and defense must be paid before anything else. That way any default will be entirely on the Dems' back if the Senate fails to pass it or the president vetoes it.

Heard today that Boehner will pass this bill on tuesday, thus daring the RATS in the Senate justify their killing SS payments and such.
