A bunch of us here on FR who completed the “survey” have been saying since it was sent out that it was clearly intended to reach a particular result. The only place to say anything negative about the effect of repeal was in a “what else did you want to say?” space at the end. The result was a foregone conclusion.

Frankly, since people have been charged for lying to Congress in the past, this should certainly be further investigated with such a possibility in mind.
