It is no problem in most of these countries to come up with fraudulent, but real documents to support a visa application.
Birth certificates and school diploma’s from the original source, but fraudulent.

The ultimate stupidity of these diversity lotteries is that there is no diversity. I had friends in Japan who had money, skills and pro-American views. They entered this lottery year after year and never won.

There is no attempt to draw winners from areas of the world which are under represented.

A handful of nationalities which we deem over represented (Mexico, for one) are not allowed into the lottery. Every other applicant is thrown into a giant pot for drawing.

Surprise! People from decent pro-American countries like Japan are overwhelmed by turd world applicants. They almost never get drawn. Just about all the winners come from the turd world because they are the overwhelming number of applicants. Some of them might turn out to make decent Americans. Most of them, however, do not. Why do you suppose that it?

John Conyers (D-MI), the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, decried the SAFE Act because the “diversity program has always been an important part of our immigration system," noting that it is the major source for African immigration.

I always thought slavery was the major source of African immigration. How could I have been so misled?

Not only time to end this, but time to end ALL “Immigration” for at least ten years, twenty would be better.

Once we get American business away from depending on exploiting taxpayer subsidized “Cheap Labor” maybe they will develop better practices, hire Americans or mechanize the labor intensive fields.

The saving in “Social Programs” will certainly more than compensate for any additional cost in harvesting crops!
As if the illegals and “Visa lottery” winners are all working on farms, they are not.

If more Americans knew how this lottery operates they’d be truly outraged. I once talked to an Irish guy who entered and won a green card simply as the result of a Dublin pub bet. The program was the brainchild of Teddy Kennedy to keep his base well-stocked. Some potentially dangerous people from Islamic countries apply and come every year. Yet if you are a Mexican who wants to come legally you aren’t eligible to enter (too many Mexicans here already....not “diverse” enough).
