"Fair and balanced"?

The ignorant bastard has even sunk to trying to link himself to the news network he is attempting to destroy!

Consider the frustration of the supposedly ideologically locked-in GOP Congress. In 2008, the national debt was 40 percent of GDP. Now it's more than 60 percent, and it is projected to reach 75 percent next year, all thanks to a sour economy the GOP feels Obama made worse with incontinent spending.

The GOP can feel anything they like. The fact is that they helped push the spending when they had control of the Congress in the Bush years and only decided that excessive spending was a bad thing when the voters took control of the Congress away from them in '06.

The fact is that BOTH political parties are responsible for our current economic mess and neither side is ready or willing to take the steps necessary to put America's financial house in order. The 'Pubbies have the opportunity to push a spending cap and budget cut in the House and let Obama and his socialist fellow travelers in the Senate strike it down so that all of America can see who cares about our financial health and who doesn't. But, until budget-busting pigs like Obama(doesn't)Care and the QEs currently being discussed are tossed once and for all, we won't see anything out of Washington but more hot air. With today's weather forecast, that's the last thing we need.

Earlier last week, referring to the fact that he is rich, the president said: "I do not want, and I will not accept, a deal in which I am asked to do nothing. In fact, I'm able to keep hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional income that I don't need."

Fine, then, OBozo, set an example for the rest of us peons.

Give every dime of your income back to the Treasury. Nobody is stopping you. You can take the lead in "sharing" the "sacrifice".

But you won't, will you? Because, like every socialist, you're in the game to divert economic rewards from the productive to the politically well-connected.

In fact, I'm able to keep hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional income that I don't need.

The arrogance of this pr*ck flabbergasts me every time I hear him speak. If he has $100Ks he doesn't need, let him lead by example and donate it to charity or the Treasury.
