Tim Kaine has been a city councilman, mayor and governor....
But as he runs for the U.S. Senate, Republicans want voters to focus on Mr. Kaine's two years as chairman of the [Democrat Party] , when his job was to defend [Hussein's porkulus and deathcare laws].

Amen to that!
Kaine didn’t see an O’bamanation he didn’t like...
I hope Allen goes for the jugular on this...
The citizens of VA have been fooled by Kaine (the damn Carpetbagger) long enough...
He says that like it's a good thing.
I soooo can’t wait to kick his liberal carpetbagger butt outta here
Obama aside, Kaine was a spectacularly lousy governor.
He spent most of the last year being the DNC chairman and forgetting the Virginia voters.
Hopefully Allen doesn’t get the nomination. He is almost as hated as Kaine is. Get any other republican than Allen or Gilmore and we win by 15 points. Allen was a good governor, so it is unjust, but macaca sank that ship.
I remember that time. I vividly remember him saying that his state (Virginia) shared a border with Delaware. I had to do a quick review of my fifth grade geography to make sure that they still don't touch each other.
They share the Delmarva peninsula but there's a good slice of Maryland between the VA and DEL state lines in Delmarva. (Delmarva = Del + Mar + VA for those not acquainted with the eastern shore geography.)
Jack
I had only recently moved to Virginia when he made that comment. Our daughter was about 7 at the time and commented that he was so wrong.

Most people forget that we exist, except when they want to go to the beach. I don't even remember his name, but one of the Republican guys in the primary against McDonnell totally omitted the Eastern Shore from his campaign literature map. When the Accomack Republican committee brought it to his attention they were ignored.
I moved to DelMarVa in 1982, lived in the Del part til 2003, worked in the Mar part in the mid 80's and have lived in the VA part since 2003.
The entire DelMarVa peninsula is the red headed step child of the east coast.
