Oopser - nothing like validating the judge's opinion and ruling of GUILTY. What an idiot - and a whack job.
Hate to say it but, Hell-hath-no-fury type of stuff here - I have a bad feeling that that whacko is going to stew in the can and when she gets out - well, let's just say, that judge BETTER be packin' something that can put down a wildcat. That's one dangerous broad.

WOW! How many suffered at her violence before it was brought to court. She’s got some jump going on there! I guess the judges has no doubts about her domestic violence charge.

Just a pet peeve but I hate the misuse of the word “prison” in this context.
You go to jail for ten days. You go to prison for ten years.

This is probably the first bit of good luck her husband has had since he married her.

Idiot. What I found hilarious was the reaction of the court officers...their body language and demeanor suggests: “Ugh. We got another jumper here...well, git er’ down...bring the cuffs over.”
Hehe, just another day.

"I put her on the floor, restrained her, using my knee and any other body part I could to hold her on the floor while I handcuffed her," Court Officer Adam Dodson told WKYT. Admit it, Adam. You're trying to brag a little, aren't you?

Harvick is in jail, and her contempt of court sentence is expected to be lengthened, according to the report. Well, duh.

Dont you see, she was just trying to get her “Rocket Science 101” book from the desk. Maybe it was “Advanced Brain Surgery”, I forget.

Harvick is in jail, and her contempt of court sentence is expected to be lengthened, according to the report. She assaulted a judge and all she gets is a contempt of court charge?

Edwards, who remains, surprisingly, stonefaced. . . . Pokeyface.

When i saw that judge say in her smug elitest way “You go now” and her little hand gesture that followed i woulda been compelled to jump over and choke her as well.

Looks like there is all sorts of excitement going on here in Kentucky.
One of my delivery drivers was just shot at by a drunk. The guy was trying to get into the back of Carl's truck, and pulled a gun when Carl tried to stop him. Initially he said that he was going to shoot out the truck's tires, but he then turned his gun at Carl and ripped off a couple of shots.
Fortunately the guy was a lousy shot. The KSP now has him in custody. Carl was understandably extremely shaken up by this, so one of my co-managers went out, picked him up, and drove him home.

So, she's trying to prove she didn't commit domestic violence by strangling the judge.
Interesting legal ploy.
