What Obama and Democrats don't understand, is that tax cuts provide capital needed to start new businesses.

I believe he understands this perfectly. But his methods and goals are destruction. Nothing else.

I agree. To the modern ‘Rats taxes are not about revenue, they are about punishing the people they hate. Obama understand perfectly that raising taxes will do nothing but punish people who work.
