'Activism' by Executive branch entities also has another name...TYRANNY (arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power; despotic abuse of authority).

The turkeys Obama has surrounded himself with as Secretary's and Czars are nothing more than activists for the most part. Of course Congress has let him get away with it and they've made a mockery of our Republic, it's past time to take it back.
