A Wisconsin judge is set to hear more arguments on whether signatures on recall petitions against nine state senators were gathered improperly.

Six Republican senators and three Democratic senators face recalls over their positions on Gov. Scott Walker's contentious collective bargaining law.

But both sides argue the recall petitions against them are invalid. The Republicans maintain signature gatherers didn't properly submit their initial paperwork. The Democrats contend there was widespread fraud in signature collection against them.

The first round of primaries for the Republicans' challengers is set for Tuesday.

Dane County Circuit Judge Richard Niess is set to hear more arguments from both sides in a consolidated lawsuit Friday morning. He has said he will issue a ruling before Tuesday.

I'm not sure who this should be addressed to, but somebody better start paying attention to voter fraud. Lake County (in Indiana, about a 5-iron south of Chicago) is notorious for having dead people vote...even twice in some elections. If the American public loses confidence in the voting process, as we are beginning to see, this Republic is doomed. I would suggest a passport-like ID card that can be hole-punched at the voting booth, but if someone has a better idea, I'm sure we'd all like to hear it.

The voter I.D. law should have become effective more quickly than 2012. Voter fraud is the ace-in-the-hole for Democommie candidates.

But I'm still very suspicious of these petition drives with democrats gathering signatures AT THE CAPITOL DURING PROTESTS. This suggests that many of these signatures were NOT from people in the districts being targeted for recall.

The media reported that some of the signatures at the bottom of the petition certifying they were legit against the Republicans were signed Adolph Hitler. Those whole sheets should be thrown out.

But when they pass the clipboard around the union meetings should qualify as fraudulent too because you either sign or else.

If dead people vote twice in a state that requires verification by photo ID, I wonder how many times do they vote in states that don't require it?

Public Law 109-2005 requires Indiana residents to present a government-issued photo ID before casting a ballot at the polls. [S.483. Approved April 27, 2005.] AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning elections. IC 3-5-2-40.5

Marion County checks for a photo ID. If they did not check yours, you should find out why. Maybe there is a guy making a fortune selling fake IDs in Lake County.
