If this judge is smart, he will leave her in jail for as long as he can.
Completely agree, not just because she SHOULD get the maximum, but it is also probably in her best safety interests as well.

I think she will likely be released right away.
She is REALLY going to have to watch over her shoulder. I think I would prefer the safety of jail for awhile.
