I cannot imagine what the parents/family of the victim must be going through right now. They live through the horrible death of their child, the court case where they know what torment/torture/fear/agony she endured before taking her last breath and now the government trying to stop justice for being served for their girl. Based on what? Because he was illegal and couldn’t understand the language or what rights he had? He seemed to understand that smashing a huge block of concrete on a girl’s head would kill her. This is infuriating to me!
This POS lived here since he was 2 years old thanks to his illegle parents. He can speak English just fine and doubtful he considered himself a Mexican national. We could always just send him back via the back ramp of a C130 at about 16k feet. How his native soil welcomes him back would be his problem.
