Today dads are a little to coddling to their kids...Jesse asks was he closest to mom or dad. Guest says mom, he was a "wait until your father gets home" type...until he got to be a teen and then they went fishing and hiking together. Guest says men and emotions are two words that don't fit together very well. Jesse says he knew that his dad and grandfather loved him without them telling him. But women had to show it by spoiling them, etc. Guest agrees.
Jesse says that moms can't "build a child up" like men can. Women nuture too much. Guest says kids don't need too much, even dads today. They really don't need too much just push them out the door.
