Not sure, her first name is of Italian origin while her last name is Spanish. But keep in mind that Texas has a large population of Spanish origin families who have lived there since long before Texas was a state.

Besides which, it doesn't matter if she's a citizen or not, legal or not, she was murdered in the state of Texas and the Lone Star State will see that justice is done.

She was sixteen years old and brutally raped and murdered. She was a human being snuffed out before her time by this animal. Her citizenship status is irrelevant.
