Even when he came home during college recesses...he would tell me exactly where he was and when he was coming home. His older brother tried to tell him he didn't have to do that anymore.

To be honest, I think what is hurting her case is that in just about every photo of Casey during the trial, she looks like she is either bored or pouting like a spoiled child who has been told “no” by her parents. Surely, there should have been a lot more emotion from her during the trial, like maybe when the autopsy photos were displayed. She just didn’t look all that affected by the death of her child. She comes across as uncaring and unfeeling, and that, plus all the lies she has told, probably would not have made her a good witness in her defense.
I agree. However there is the FL Supreme Court ruling the death penalty unconstitutional. I don’t think the jury knows as the ruling came down during this trial. I believe the judge told Mason he would deal with it. So Casey may not face the death penalty.
Casey had problems long before she had Caylee, so her parents either chose to ignore her problems or turn a blind eye......
If Casey was living with her parents before she had Caylee, why wasn’t she paying rent? she was not going to school and if she was working, her parents would of known one way or another if she had paid them part of her paycheck, for living in thier home as an adult....
She was stealing from her parents, grandmother and friends. Lots of stories about forged checks and stolen credit cards. She was also staying around with different people when not at her parents.
Her maternal grandmother called Nancy Grace’s show to tell about the money she and Casey’s parents had had stolen.
