The lap dog MSM didn't remark that last week, when the White House initially responded to Congress over the War Powers Act both the senior legal adviser to the White House and the senior legal adviser tot eh Pentagon told Obama that, in their opinions, the War Powers Act did apply.

Since it wasn't the answer that the President wanted he ignored them and made up his own rules that justified his position.

Unfortunately, this isn't a new act for a liberal/progressive/socialist/dimocrat President. Bill Clinton did the same over Ilian Gonzales where the administration when to an inferior court to justify their raid since more senior courts, that had jurisdiction, refused to issue the armed search warrant.
