Reading, wRiting and aRithmetic and now hypnopsis?
North Port High School Principal George Kenney also a certified hypnotist had been working with students using hypnotism to help them focus on academics and athletics.
Now his practise of using hyponosis is under fire.
All because there were some serious and questionable results: A recently released Sarasota County School District investigative report acquired by the Herald-Tribune showed Kenney hynotised three students this year after which two of the students committed suicide, and the third was killed in a car accident, reports the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
This principal has admitted to hypnotizing about 35 students plus the softball, volleyball and baseball teams, college athletes and adults in individual sessions at the school.
Memo to Principal: teach your students about spelling, not spells.

You can’t (or maybe more appropriately, shouldn’t) clear your mind if you are indwelt by the Holy Spirit. Just my opinion.
So has he been molesting these kids while he has them under? Perhaps these three realized it?
Anyone remember the commercial from 100 years ago where the Bela Lugosi voice said “Loook into my eyes - do not buy Isodettes”?
I’d trust a cat over an educrat to hypnotize me.
What will it take for the voters to realize that the Public School System has been taken over by perverted Marxists?
The worst thing that happened to me was the Principal made me do the funky chicken in front of the PTA.
you WILL vote for Barack Obama.....you WILL vote for Barack Obmama...
“This principal has admitted to hypnotizing about 35 students plus the softball, volleyball and baseball teams, college athletes and adults in individual sessions at the school.”
Lets get to what’s important. Did their records improve?
Did he do this with or without parental approval?
Have any Freepers gone to the link and the sub-link (see below)?
“NORTH PORT - North Port High School Principal George Kenney defied three separate orders to stop hypnotizing students in individual sessions, and later lied when questioned by a school administrator about his use of hypnosis, according to a school district investigation into his activities....”
“It also shows Kenney did not have required permission from parents for a hypnosis demonstration with about 25 ROTC students in March 2010 when the group traveled to an Orlando competition.
Zimmerman said it was not practical to obtain parental permission at the time and it was only used as a tool to relax and motivate.”
You may be in for a big libel suit if he catches wind of that.
Oops!
They need to fire the guy just based on his weirdness.
I don't know, a 3/35 'kill rate' record is pretty spooky...
Take it from a clinical hypnotist with 36 years' experience:
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
Why do you say that?
That’s what I’ve heard; it doesn’t work unless you want to be hypnotized.
