Conlin received a non-jail sentence, and will not be incarcerated unless she fails to pay the $75,000 back within a month, in which case she faces anywhere from 1 and 1/3 to four years prison
So she basically got a slap on the wrist and has to pay back a fraction of what she stole over the years. Nice job if you can get it.
She obviously scammed much much more-—but the $75K plea was the smallest amt she could admit to and get off scot-free.
