Mom Allegedly Threatens Little League Official Because Son Didn't Make the Team

Talk about a parent totally striking out.

Janet Chiauzzi, an East Meadow, N.Y. mom, has been arrested and charged with stalking, falsely reporting an incident, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated harassment, allegedly because her son did not make a summer baseball travel team, "Today" reports.

Chiauzzi allegedly threatened the Little League official she deemed responsible, sending letters to his kids' school that accused him of physical and verbal abuse, according to the news show, and even addressed the official's own young son.

"If something happens to your dad or mom, or your sister, you can blame your dad for not taking these threats seriously," she allegedly wrote.

The charges of abuse against the man were investigated and dismissed, "Today" reports.

In a letter to the official, Chiauzzi allegedly threatens the man's family, the news show adds.

"I know where your wife works ... I know where your daughter goes to school and your son's normal every day routine. ... Just tell your wife and kids to watch themselves, especially at night. I don't care what it takes, I'm going to make your life and your family's life a living hell. These are not just words and empty threats," she allegedly wrote.

If you threaten my family, I will act pre-emptively.
This bitch had better thank her stars she didn’t try this with a redneck like me....

There are so many people who cannot manage their rage, and who allow rage to result from disappointment these days. It is getting very scary. We are paying a heavy price for the people’s falling away from the Ten Commandments, and turning their backs on the living loving God.

Remember the days when it was just a bunch of kids, a vacant lot, a couple of bats, balls and a few mitts? Boy, I miss those days.

I wonder who a woman like this votes for, and why she feels so confident her behavior will succeed?

Psycho stupid. Not many people are crazy enough to do something like this AND stupid enough to write it all down.

Usb’t it amazing how the media clings to the errant behavior of private citizens while completely ignoring that of the president and his unConstitutional government?

If someone were to threaten my family I’d certainly not post my potential reaction to that on the net.

You need to take this into consideration just in case you are ever faced with such a dilemma.

Because if your post here surfaces right after you’ve...responded...to a threat then you could find yourself explaining this to a less-than-sympathetic prosecutor. In some respects it could be a valid question:

Liberal Prosecutor: “Did you shoot this person because of their threat or was their threat just an excuse for something you’ve been wanting to do anyway? We were going over your posts on Free Republic and we found this...”

Bear in mind, I’m just observing the world we live in anymore. Oh, and by the way, were I on the jury hearing the evidence against you I’d acquit and I’d hope you’d do the same for me!

What pisses me off are fake accusations and how law enforcement/judicial system rarely follow through on punishment.

That happened to me about 6 years ago when my youngest was in middle school. I wouldn’t let my daughter hang around with this one particular girl. She was using my daughter and my daughter eventually caught on too.

That was when the “fun” started. The little girl started by telling her teacher my daughter was being abused by me. That led to the school counselor and vice principal calling DSHS.

DSHS removed my child from class and gave her an interrogation where she denied ever being abused of course they didn’t tell about how they came to think she was abused. Meantime a second team of investigators descended on my farm and began giving me the third degree. However, they told me who complained and I told them she was a nutcase I forbid my daughter to see.

Meanwhile back at the school, the students are abuzz about my kid being taken out of class when the little bitch that started it all started bragging about what she had done. The braggadocio eventually found itself back to the school counselor who called DSHS and once again my kid was removed from class.

I was told they were going to file a false charge claim against the girl but being a juvenile there wasn’t going to be much punishment. I wasn’t as concerned about the stupid little girl as much as I was of the school overreacting and the strong-arm disbelieving attitude of the social workers.

The schools teach kids to inform on their parents just like they do in Communistic countries. Add the Marxist philosophy most public school teachers aspire too, (don’t flame me teachers who read this here, you folks are the exceptions and not the rule. BTW-can you not work harder from the inside to sabotage the Marxists in your midst?),the school system deems it necessary to enact draconian measures and the fact the area I live is rural and has no big city problems that bring extra Federal revenue to the administrative end of the school system for social engineering issues causes an insidious form of envy the Federal government sanctions through the Federal Education Department. The social service agents are the same.

We are going to see more and more of this type of BS as the recipients of the 25+ years of the self-esteem movement and the entitlement mentality sub-sect get older. (I was going to say “mature” but that is the issue...they don’t)

We live in the modern communist USA, you just take care of your problems by anonymous accusations against your neighbor.

No need to post. The cops will just come to take his guns, and kill him when SWAT breaks in at 3:00 AM.

All you need is a pay phone.

True. I think of the raid on the FLDS in Waco a couple years back. One warrant and they desecrated a church, terrorized 400 women and children, and stomped all over the rights of a bunch of people all on the authority of an unconfirmed tip that turned out to be a hoax.

Makes me tempted to call up the Washington DC police and tell them there’s a bunch of people at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue with machine guns claiming to be ‘Secret Service’.

Be interesting to see how that’d turn out.

Be sure to use that pay phone where there are no video surveillance cameras.

And gloves. :^)

This would have been a classic Soprano’s subplot, could have gone for 2 or 3 episodes.

Whenever using a pay phone (regardless of why) both gloves and a can of Lysol are par for the course!
